Though we shall miss you ALL so very much ~ it is because of you ALL that we are having this benchmark moment in our future come to be reality!!! THANK YOU so much for being a part of our Retrouvaille Marriage! 

YOU are a part of each and every Wedding Anniversary celebration we have as a couple  - YOU are a part of the prayer support that keeps us strong as a couple! - 

YOU are at the heart of our rescued & renewed marriage! - 

YOU are loved very dearly by us both! - 

YOU will never be forgotten because we have a part of each of you in a special place in our hearts as we begin our Retrouvaille future together!!!

We will be making a "safe landing" once moved to the Pittsburgh area - as they have available 3 different places for CORE on different dates each month! And even more special news - we have already been welcomed by Dianne & Jett Sanner of the Pittsburgh Community who along with the other Retrouvaille community members are excited to welcome us in and meet us!

So you see - God really does have His hand of protection on each & every marriage once we attend Retrouvaille and become active alumi of the program - for we not only become alumni but a part of a very very big Retrouvaille Family! 

We will keep the CT Community updated once we are settled and are hoping to keep in touch with many of you as well!

It has been both priveledge & an honor to serve YOU ALL in the areas of Facilitation, Prayer Board Coordination, RetroCT Blogsite Managers, & CORE Presenters - it is with humble gratitude that we have been blessed to have given of self in these ways to the CT Community - we love YOU ALL!!!

Please continue to hold us close in your prayers during our time of transition & we will hold the CT Community in ours always...

Highlights from "Vive la Difference" Annual Enrichment Retreat

 We felt welcomed and enjoyed a lovely day at the Caritas Christi Center on the top of Mount Sacred Heart! The fellowship of fellow Retrouvaille Alumni and Presenters alike was wonderful. So much to learn and so many Retrouvaille Alum to catch up with over a cup of coffee...

 The Holy Spirit could be felt throughout the day and in all the presentations.
We were all grateful to learn more about each other and ourselves - there is ALWAYS something to learn at Retreat & CORE!

Tools imparted to help aide & further us as couples were invaluable! We all came away from the day knowing we learned something new about each other and our ability to fully forgive, be forgiven & communicate more effectively with each other too.

Meals & Mass were a beautiful and peaceful time of sharing and worship.
The gorgeous Chapel had a statue of St Joseph - the Patron Saint of Retrouvaille.

After our supper meals we had the special treat of "Honky & Dorie" who were in perfect form with their wit and humor! They brought the house down with laughter and smiles...then it was time to cut loose before bidding each other farewell, as we danced to "We Are Family"!

If you have yet to attend an Annual Enrichment Retreat ask anyone at CORE who has and you will find it is highly recommended and looked forward to each year ~ COME & JOIN US next year!

We enjoyed a wonderful evening filled with song, prayer, smiles, tears and the closeness of Retrouvaille fellowship with our retiring RetroCT Coordinators Bill & Terri Mason...
We will be looking forward to continuing to work along with them in the ministry of RetroCT!

The "torch" was passed on to Lars & Mary-Ellen Bristow Hansen our new RetroCT Coordinators.

It was an emotional moment in stepping down from their long and fruitful stint as coordinators over the years - but they are still looking forward to serving hurting couples in the ministry here in CT.

Les & Dorie Mosko gave the couple a symbolic tray that they discovered while ministering in Florida Retrouvaille over the winter months - and it is a beautiful aide to dialogue and communication. This was gifted to Bill & Terri.

It was great to see both old and new Retrouvaille friends smiling faces at the event!

The time was sweet but always too short when we are having good times with our RetroCT family.

Each person recieved a motivational and reflective quote to take home with their own personal bell for use in dialogue time :)

Retrouvaille Couples Reunion in Sunny Florida !!!

On January 25^th three couples from Retrouvaille of CT had a mini-reunion in Florida. Bob & Bonnie Paquette hosted a luncheon in their Nokomis home for Les & Dorie Mosko and Dan & Terry Zibello, who were visiting southwest FL for the winter months. Just like CORE, the food kept coming and the laughs came easy! These couples met in 1996 when RTV of CT was just forming. They worked together on the Board and on many weekends and Posts, and formed lasting friendships. Each thank Retrouvaille for the support and Our Father for the grace to still be together as couples and to enjoy life in retirement.
